Yes I do see a lot of hackers on kitpvp more than e.g. But most of the time, I just bow them until they turn it off xD

If someone is usually op, chances are they have many more gaps than you. As you said they are op, so they will have better armour and usually a better sword. So you cant just trade hits and then run and gap. They bows maube even epearls.

Uhm I think u have to work on your clicking. I noticed that at the end you stopped clicking which let them get extra hits on you. And if you want to save hearts I would recommend that u block and hit ur sword at the same time. This slows you down so only use when both of you are attacking in a straight line.
(If this vid was a joke just use these tips anyway;>)

Also, please be aware of your surroundings. That last backstab got me too. Every few 15-20 seconds, I would reccomend that u f5 and take a look if someone is around you. If you can't reach it change the key to something nearer like F or V or something. Hope these helped you :)
