Support Page:

This page is for anyone who needs help. You can reply to a photo or dm the account for help. Most questions and concerns will answered within forty-eight hours. You can also report players to this page, but please do this in dm's and provide proof of the player(s).
If you spam or be inappropriate on the page expect a block and possible punishment in-game. Also keep in mind that some questions need to be redirected to the ticketing system ( here ), so please be patient.

Yes, we have two official accounts. Lol

Could we also make a separate part of the website dedicated to helping players right when they need it?
Like having something that a player could request in, a separate chat almost, and an admin or mod or helper could be ready right there?

We use our ticketing system ( www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open ) for if a player needs help. Also for the suggestion side, we use the Forum "Suggestions & Feedback" to see what players want to see in game. ( https://snapcraft.net/forums/suggestions-and-feedback/ )

However, we could start to intergrade with staff members and regular players a lot more. One of these ways we are trying is Social Media!
